The Takeaway

On September 17, Irina Dmitrieva, Aleen Tiffany, and Stephanie Weiner will speak at the Association of Corporate Counsel’s (ACC) 2025 Chicago Summit. They will collaborate with Kiran Advani, general counsel for a construction management firm and ACC’s Program Chair, on a four-person panel guiding in-house counsel on how to navigate their daily jobs without inadvertently waiving attorney-client privilege/work-product protections. Discussions will focus on joint venture negotiations and incident investigations. More information about the Summit is available on ACC’s website. HeplerBroom is proud to be one of the event’s sponsors.

All three attorneys are partners in the firm’s Chicago office.
