Michael Reda, a partner in HeplerBroom’s Edwardsville office, and Michael Murphy, an associate in HeplerBroom’s Springfield office, recently published an article in the Defense Research Institute’s newsletter In Transit regarding trucking law. The article discussed the recent Illinois Appellate Court case of Sperl v. C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc., 946 N.E.2d 463 (Ill.
