Patrick Becht has joined HeplerBroom as an associate in the Hammond, Indiana, office.

Becht is a highly motivated and talented trial attorney and trusted legal counselor. His practice includes complex civil litigation, commercial transactions, and general corporate representation.

He obtained his LL.M. and J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2014 and 2013, respectively. He also holds a B.S. in Kinesiology from Indiana University at Bloomington. While in law school, he was a Social Justice Scholar and received the Pro Bono Commitment to Community Award.

Prior to joining HeplerBroom, he served as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for the State of Indiana. He also practiced as an associate attorney with several law firms, gaining broad experience in complex civil litigation and commercial matters, including client counseling, motion practice, regulatory representation, and dispute resolution. In addition, he served as a legislative intern in the United State Senate.

Becht is licensed to practice in Indiana and Illinois and is admitted to the bars of the Supreme Courts of Indiana and Illinois and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana and the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois.
