In her June 17 webinar for the Illinois State Dental Society, Tammy Banasek will help dentists understand the informed consent process as being part of effective risk management. She will discuss the legal framework of the process, ways to best communicate it to patients, and strategies to maximize patient’s understanding of accepting treatment. The webinar has been approved for CE credit.
Banasek, a partner in the firm’s Chicago office, is a dedicated litigator who has developed a special focus on defending dental and medical professionals, skilled nursing facilities, and hospitals.
