Bio

Stephanie W. Weiner defends personal injury cases. These are primarily in construction, premises, municipal and §1983 claims, and contractual matters, including risk transfer.

She also defends school districts and school bus and transportation companies in Illinois and Wisconsin. In addition, she assists her clients with Human Resource issues, including defending employment discrimination claims.

Her clients look to her for her creative and cost-effective solutions to their legal issues. They also commend her for her “outside-the-box” approach to her practice of law.

She has secured both dismissals on motion and defense verdicts in jury trials across northern Illinois. She has also successfully resolved cases through various means of alternative dispute resolutions at figures far below case values.

When she’s not handling legal matters, Ms. Weiner is bouncing between her kids’ sporting events, riding her Peloton, and shopping for shoes.
