Bio

Tara W. Kuchar maintains a diverse law practice. She regularly defends nursing homes and assisted living facilities, premises and manufacturers in products liability claims, and employers confronting allegations of wrongful conduct from employees. Her practice, however, extends beyond litigation. She also provides counsel to businesses in a wide range of employment-related issues.

Ms. Kuchar is detail oriented, is comfortable with complicated facts, and engages in detailed factual investigation to position her clients to obtain favorable outcomes, whether in a courtroom or in mediation.

Her commitment to service extends beyond her law practice. She is an active member of the Junior Service Club of Edwardsville/Glen Carbon, where she contributes to her community through hands-on public service and other philanthropic opportunities.

When not serving her clients and her community, Ms. Kuchar enjoys spending time with her husband and exploring new places. Her goal is to visit all 50 states and all U.S. National Parks as well as to complete the Travel Century Club challenge!

Ms. Kuchar considers her community engagement and travel to be not only personally rewarding but also activities that enhance her professional perspective by giving her diverse experiences and insights.
