HeplerBroom

Asbestos

HeplerBroom has successfully defended against asbestos-related disease claims for nearly 40 years.

Our firm has been involved in defending asbestos-related disease claims since cases began in Madison County (Illinois) in 1986. The Firm has partners who have tried asbestos cases to verdict in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Kentucky, and Virginia.

We also serve as National Counsel for several clients, coordinating the defense of cases in numerous states across the country. In addition, we serve as local and regional counsel for clients in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Missouri. We handle nearly 2,000 asbestos cases set for trial yearly, so our team of attorneys and paralegals knows how to prepare a case for trial and see it through to verdict.

Currently, HeplerBroom represents more than 300 diversely situated defendants, including manufacturers, suppliers, sellers, distributors, contractors, and premises owners. We have strong contacts with nationally recognized expert witnesses and consultants in asbestos litigation and other toxic torts. With offices in Madison County, Springfield, Chicago, and Crystal Lake, Illinois, as well as St. Louis, Missouri, and Hammond, Indiana, HeplerBroom can efficiently handle cases throughout the Midwest.
