Bharat Varadachari has been selected to join the Board of Directors for the Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers (MODL), an organization committed to championing fairness in Missouri’s civil justice system and upholding the highest standards of professionalism. Varadachari is also currently serving a three-year term as a St. Louis City Governor Representative for the Missouri Bar Association Board of Governors.

He is a recent past president of both the St. Louis County Bar Association and the Lawyers Association of St. Louis. He is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and Inns of Court. He recently completed his term as an Executive Board Member for The Association of Defense Trial Attorneys.

Varadachari earned his J.D. from St. Louis University School of Law. He also holds a Master of Health Administration from St. Louis University School of Public Health and a B.A. in History (with a minor in Microbiology) from the University of Illinois. He is licensed to practice in Missouri and Illinois and is admitted to the bars of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri and the Southern District of Illinois.

A partner in the firm’s St. Louis office, Varadachari defends personal injury, extra-contractual claims, and premises liability matters. He is rated an AV Preeminent Attorney by Martindale-Hubbell and has been named to the list of Best Lawyers in America. He was also recognized by Missouri Lawyers Media as a recipient of its Top Defense Wins of 2024.
