The plaintiff sought back pay, compensatory damages, and attorney’s fees for his claims that he was discriminated against in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act and retaliated against for taking leave protected by the Family and Medical Leave Act.
DuChateau Receives Distinguished Member Award from State Defense Counsel Association
Jim DuChateau has been awarded the Illinois Defense Counsel’s (IDC) 2025-2026 Distinguished Member Award. In presenting the award, IDC’s President, R. Mark
