Bharat Varadachari has been inducted into the American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL). The ACTL is a national fellowship that selects the most distinguished trial attorneys in the United States and Canada, allowing only 1% of active attorneys to become ACTL Fellows. The selection process is based on the ACTL’s core principles of “trial advocacy, ethical conduct, integrity, professionalism, and collegiality.” This prestigious honor recognizes Varadachari’s career-long dedication and commitment to both his clients and the legal profession.

A partner in the firm’s St. Louis office, Varadachari defends personal injury, extra-contractual claims, and premises liability matters. He is rated an AV Preeminent Attorney by Martindale-Hubbell and has been named to the list of Best Lawyers in America and Missouri/Kansas Super Lawyers. He was also recognized by Missouri Lawyers Media as a recipient of its Top Defense Wins of 2024.

He is a recent past president of both the St. Louis County Bar Association and the Lawyers Association of St. Louis. He’s also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and Inns of Court. Recently, he completed his term as an Executive Board Member for The Association of Defense Trial Attorneys. He is currently serving a three-year term as a St. Louis City Governor Representative for the Missouri Bar Association Board of Governors.

Varadachari earned his J.D. from St. Louis University School of Law. He also holds a Master of Health Administration from St. Louis University School of Public Health and a B.A. in History (with a minor in Microbiology) from the University of Illinois.

He is licensed to practice in Missouri and Illinois and is admitted to the bars of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri and the Southern District of Illinois.
