Engineering firms, like all businesses in Illinois, must face and adapt to changing employment laws. During a recent webinar for the American Council of Engineering Companies of Illinois (ACEC Illinois), Tara Kuchar provided an update on recent legal developments and their potential impact on employers.
Kuchar, a partner in the firm’s Edwardsville office, maintains a diverse practice that includes defending employers in wrongful conduct allegations as well as counseling businesses on other employment-related issues. In addition, she defends nursing homes and assisted living facilities, premises owners, and manufacturers in products liability claims.
