Beth Bauer is serving as co-chair of the 2026 Federation of Defense Corporate Counsel’s (FDCC) annual Corporate Counsel Symposium. Bauer was an integral part of the team of legal professionals who’ve created a program dedicated to offering practical guidance on some of the challenges today’s legal leaders face. These sessions will cover AI governance, cyber risk, M&A, attorney-client privilege, employment law, crisis communications, ethical leadership, and attorney well-being. More information about the Sept. 27-Sept. 29 symposium in New Orleans is available on FDCC’s website.
FDCC is an international, by-invitation-only professional association of premier defense and corporate counsel and industry executives. Its mission is to advance the principles of civil justice.
For over two decades, Bauer, a partner in the firm’s Edwardsville office, has led successful outcomes for clients in product liability actions related to personal products, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices; commercial disputes ranging from construction breach-of-contract claims to trade-secret misappropriation; environmental litigation for injuries and lost property value; and property tax disputes. She also works seamlessly in teams with lawyers across the country, providing invaluable insights on local law and practice.
