Eric Moch will discuss how artificial intelligence (AI) is impacting insurance investigations and coverage considerations at the upcoming Perrin Conference on Insurance Coverage and Allocation Issues. Moch will take part in a panel discussion on the topic and will address how claims professionals can make effective and ethical use of AI as an investigative tool. Moch, a partner in the firm’s Chicago office, focuses his practice on organized insurance fraud, as well as first- and third-party coverage and bad faith defense. He has been named to the lists of Best Lawyers in America, Illinois Super Lawyers, and Illinois Leading Lawyers. He is a board member of the Illinois chapter of the International Association of Special Investigations Units and speaks often on the topics of insurance fraud, bad faith, insurance coverage, and the use of AI in claims investigations.
