Charles Insler, Emilee Bramstedt, and Emily Roman will be presenting an audio seminar for the American Bar Association on recent significant developments in consumer protection law. The seminar will cover cases, settlements, and other initiatives at the federal and state levels, as well as consumer class actions, Lanham Act litigation, and National Advertising Division case decisions.
Insler, a partner in the firm’s St. Louis office, concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation including cybersecurity, antitrust, and securities litigation. He is currently a member of the ABA’s Forum on Communications Law and speaks and writes regularly on cybersecurity issues.
Bramstedt, an associate attorney in the firm’s Edwardsville office, focuses her practice on the defense of complex commercial litigation matters, with a focus on mass actions involving pharmaceutical and medical devices and products liability. She has recently co-authored an extensive series of blog updates on Illinois, Missouri, and Indiana governmental responses to the COVID-19 global pandemic.
Roman, an associate in the firm’s St. Louis office, focuses her practice on cases involving civil litigation matters, including insurance law, personal injury, automobile accidents, and property damage. Prior to joining HeplerBroom, she was a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Angela Turner Quigless of the Eastern District of the Missouri Court of Appeals
