Eric Moch spoke recently to the Illinois Chapter of the International Association of Arson Investigators. His presentation, which addressed proper SIU investigation of fire loss claims, was part of the Association’s annual fall training seminar held in Champaign, Illinois.
Moch, a partner in the firm’s Chicago office, focuses his practice on insurance coverage, bad faith defense, and organized insurance fraud and healthcare fraud. He has extensive civil litigation experience in Illinois state and federal courts, including more than 40 jury verdicts, oral argument before the Illinois Supreme Court, and several published appeals.
