Beth Bauer and Melissa Brown will be among the featured speakers at the Illinois Manufacturers’ Association’s 2024 Environmental & Energy Conference. In their presentation, Bauer and Brown will give an overview of regulations surrounding PFAS that are prevalent in products across all industries and provide tips to prepare for PFAS-related litigation. Bauer, a partner in the firm’s Edwardsville office, focuses her practice on the defense of complex, multi-party civil cases and class actions, including products liability, talc litigation, and appellate matters.
