At its recent Annual Meeting, the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys (ADTA) elected Bharat Varadachari to its Board of Directors. Membership in ADTA is by invitation only and includes defense attorneys who devote a substantial portion of their professional time defending businesses, insurance companies/their insureds, associations, or governmental entities in civil litigation.
Varadachari, a partner in the firm’s St. Louis office, focuses his practice on trials involving complex business litigation, including matters related to the defense of insurance matters, the trucking and transportation industry, and personal injury. He has been named an AV Preeminent Attorney by Martindale-Hubbell and is President of the St. Louis County Bar Association, Vice-President of the St. Louis Chapter of the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance, and a past president of The Lawyers Association of St. Louis. His professional memberships also include Inns of Court and the American Board of Trial Advocates.
