Melissa Brown’s recent HB blog post on an OSHA standard was re-published in the Energy and Environment Blog of the Illinois Manufacturers’ Association (IMA). The post provides an update on the standards for respirable crystalline silica for general industry and for maritime as well as the applicable enforcement start dates.
