Isaac Melton and Eric Moch were two of the featured speakers at the Illinois chapter of the International Association of Special Investigation Units’ 30th Annual Insurance Fraud Conference. In their presentation, entitled “Anatomy of Modern Pain Management Injury Claim Fraud,” Melton and Moch discussed how to spot and defend against suspicious injury claims that feature interventional pain management.

Both Melton and Moch are partners in the firm’s Chicago office and focus their legal practices on organized insurance fraud, bad faith litigation, and first- and third-party insurance party coverage. Melton also does extensive work counseling and representing insurers on issues involving medical fraud. He has been named a Rising Star by Illinois Super Lawyers. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of the National Society of Professional Insurance Investigators and is a Past President of the Society’s Illinois chapter.
