Moch and Young are both part of the firm’s insurance law practice group. Moch, a partner in the Chicago office, focuses on claims involving insurance fraud. He defends insurers and their insureds at trials involving fraudulent claims and pursues civil recoveries for insurance clients. Young, a partner in the St. Louis office, concentrates on insurance coverage and bad faith issues. He also advises insurers in drafting policy language and developing best practices in handling claims.
