The case involved a dispute over insurance coverage for an underlying nuisance suit filed against a livestock management facility (LMF) by neighboring landowners. The circuit court ruled that the insurer could not deny coverage to the LMF based on the policies’ notice provisions and that the LMF’s manager was an additional insured under the policies.
