Bio

Kelly M. Libbra defends a diverse range of companies—from Fortune 500 companies to small, local businesses—against premises and product litigation claims. She uses her excellent oral and written advocacy skills to assist product manufacturers, premises owners, suppliers, and employers in navigating complex multi-party toxic tort cases. Her goal is to reduce her clients’ exposures and resolve claims in a cost-effective manner.

By conducting thorough investigations of factual defenses and then strategically evaluating relevant legal defenses, she’s obtained dismissals on behalf of her clients in numerous cases in Madison, St. Clair, Cook, and McLean Counties in Illinois; St. Louis City and St. Louis County, Missouri; and Marion County, Indiana.

When not practicing law, Ms. Libbra spends time with her husband and four daughters. She and her daughters volunteer their time for numerous charities, including Wellston Center, Kid Smart, Claver House, Safe Families for Children, and St. Martha’s House.
