Mallory R. Barrett is a dedicated litigator who focuses her practice on insurance defense. She works closely with clients and claims professionals to craft effective, results-driven approaches tailored to each matter, including personal injury, premises liability, medical negligence, insurance coverage disputes, and insurance fraud.

Ms. Barrett helps clients navigate complex legal issues at every stage of civil litigation. Her practice includes developing defense strategies from pre-suit investigation through discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and appellate advocacy.
