Overview
Andrew B. Symns helps clients navigate through all stages of civil litigation, insurance coverage, and bad faith litigation matters. His no-nonsense approach ensures his clients and colleagues know the strengths, weaknesses, and uncertainties of their cases.
The first in his family to attend law school, Mr. Symns maintains a personal connection to his cases, whether he is acting in the role of a litigator, an investigator, or a counselor. He enjoys mentoring junior associates and law students and strives to instill in them the values of professionalism, respect, and courtesy. He also encourages them to consider the impact of their actions on both their present cases and their careers.
Prior to joining HeplerBroom, he practiced insurance defense for corporate defendants with a firm in northwest Indiana, concentrating on multi-party construction accidents.
