Radhika Patel is a dedicated litigator who defends healthcare providers and other professionals in medical and dental malpractice, long-term care, and professional liability matters. She’s committed to developing thoughtful legal strategies, mastering complex factual and medical issues, and providing clients with practical and effective advocacy throughout the litigation process.

Prior to joining HeplerBroom, Ms. Patel practiced commercial litigation, employment law, and product liability defense, representing clients in Illinois state and federal courts. While attending the University of Illinois College of Law, she gained hands-on litigation experience through the Family Advocacy Clinic, where she represented minors and parents involving the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services under her Illinois Supreme Court 711 license.
