Eric P. Hall leans upon his years of work developing and cross-examining experts to build unique and aggressive courtroom trial strategies. He has been first chair trial counsel in asbestos cases and other civil matters and is frequently called upon by clients across the country who trust his ability to deliver an organized and outstanding trial performance. As a past amateur boxer, he is no stranger to pressure and excels in courtrooms just as he did in the “squared circle.”
He’s also skilled in developing corporate witnesses from the ground up, calling upon his extensive experience with the scientific and medical literature as well as regulatory issues and historical landmarks in asbestos matters. As a leader in the asbestos defense bar, he is regularly asked to speak at asbestos litigation seminars.
Hall also handles cases involving music law contracts and trademarks. His interest in this area of law began through his work as a professional musician, record label owner, and voting member of The Recording Academy of the United States (the association that presents the Grammy Awards.)
As part of his belief in the importance of giving back to the community, Hall uses his background as a retired amateur boxer to enhance his pro bono legal work for area amateur boxers and trainers.
