Bio

Justin Assouad is a litigator who defends attorneys and law firms in malpractice actions and related proceedings. He has also successfully defended educational, religious, and youth-serving organizations in tort claims brought against them, including sexual misconduct claims.

In addition, he works with insurance providers on insurance coverage litigation and the defense of cases involving personal injury, including appeals.

Clients have praised his ability to distill complex and often daunting legal issues into simple, easy-to-understand terms. It is this approach of practical, “real world” solutions to legal problems that guides his advice to clients.
