Wilson and Elworth Secure Appellate Ruling Affirming Jury Verdict for HeplerBroom’s Utility Client

Illinois’ Fourth District Appellate Court recently affirmed both the jury verdict and the trial court’s rulings in a case involving a natural gas explosion. HeplerBroom’s Thomas Wilson, lead counsel for Ameren Illinois, argued the appeal, while Robert Elworth wrote the brief.
