Bharat Varadachari recently obtained a defense verdict from a St. Clair County, Illinois, jury in a disputed liability case arising out of an automobile accident.
Varadachari, a partner in the firm’s St. Louis office, focuses his practice on trials involving complex business litigation, including matters related to the trucking and transportation industry, personal injury defense, and general insurance defense. He is President of The Lawyers Association of St. Louis and Vice-President of the St. Louis Chapter of the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance. He is also a member of the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys as well as Inns of Court, is an executive board member of the St. Louis County Bar Association, and has been named an AV Preeminent Attorney by Martindale-Hubbell.
