The jury in a personal injury case in St. Louis City took just 38 minutes to deliberate before returning a verdict in favor of Bharat Varadachari and Adam McGonigle’s client. The case involved a slip and fall at a St. Louis hotel. (St. Louis City is known as one of the most dangerous venues in the country for corporate defendants, making the verdict even more significant.) Varadachari and McGonigle also received valuable input from associate attorney Peter Houser.

Both Varadachari and McGonigle are partners in the firm’s St. Louis office, and both focus their practices on trials involving the defense of personal injury, insurance, and trucking and transportation matters. Varadachari has been named an AV Preeminent Attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, has been selected to the American Board of Trial Advocates, and has been named to the lists of Best Lawyers in America and Missouri/Kansas Super Lawyers. McGonigle has been named to Best Lawyer’s list of “Ones to Watch.” In addition, Varadachari is President of the St. Louis County Bar Association, is an executive board member of the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys, and is a past president of The Lawyers Association of St. Louis.
