HeplerBroom attorneys, Bharat Varadachari and Michael Harriss obtained a defense verdict for Prairie Farms Dairy and its driver in a jury trial brought by the driver of an automobile and his passenger. Plaintiffs alleged that the driver of the Prairie Farms truck made a right turn from the left lane. The case was tried in Sangamon County, Illinois.
