Matthew Champlin Recently Obtained Summary Judgment in Favor of his Client 

Matthew Champlin recently obtained summary judgment in favor of his client in Williamson County, Illinois.  The client was a subcontractor on a construction project in Southern Illinois.  The subcontractor was sued by the project’s general contractor for contribution in an underlying personal injury case.  Champlin successfully argued that the general contractor’s claims were barred by the applicable statute of limitations.  The court agreed, and granted summary judgment to HeplerBroom’s client.
