Motion for Summary Judgment was granted on behalf of co-employee who Plaintiff alleged was at fault in causing a work-related injury.   Court found that Plaintiff failed to state a claim upon which relief could be granted in that the undisputed facts showed that the Defendant did not owe any independent duty to Plaintiff, separate and apart from the duties owed by the employer to keep a safe workplace.
