Brendhan Flynn obtained summary judgment on a legal malpractice claim that had been filed against a well-respected St. Louis attorney. (Summary judgments in Missouri legal malpractice claims are historically difficult to obtain.) He recently had the judgment affirmed on appeal per curium.
Flynn, an attorney of counsel in the firm’s St. Louis office, is a litigation attorney with a primary emphasis on professional liability defense, professional ethics, and insurance coverage. He earned his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law, graduating magna cum laude and Order of the Coif. He also holds a B.A. in History from Earlham College. Flynn is licensed to practice in Missouri and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Missouri and the Southern District of Indiana.
