Champlin Wins Appeal at Illinois 5th District Appellate Court for Illinois Power Company

Matthew Champlin, attorney in HeplerBroom’s Edwardsville office, wins appeal at Illinois 5^th District Appellate Court for client Illinois Power Company.  In Carver v. Illinois Power Company, 2014 IL App (5^th) 130348-U, the Appellate Court affirmed the entry of summary judgment in favor of Illinois Power Company.  Matthew Champlin drafted and argued the summary judgment motion in front of the Circuit Court of Madison County and drafted and argued the appeal in front of the 5^th District.
