M. Brendhan Flynn has joined HeplerBroom as an Attorney of Counsel in the firm’s St. Louis office. Flynn is a litigation attorney with a primary emphasis on insurance coverage and professional liability defense. He has nearly two decades of experience litigating insurance coverage, bad faith, fiduciary, and professional liability cases. He is also experienced in advising clients on professional ethics issues.
He earned his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law in 2005, graduating magna cum laude. He also holds a B.A. in History from Earlham College. While in law school, he was Articles Editor of the Indiana Law Journal and was a member of the Order of the Coif. Flynn is licensed to practice in Missouri and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
