Timothy P. Collins has joined HeplerBroom as an associate attorney in the firm’s Chicago office. Collins focuses his practice on commercial and insurance coverage litigation, with an emphasis on creditor’s rights, real property and business disputes, and general corporate matters. In addition to his litigation background, Collins advises clients on estate planning matters, residential and commercial real estate transactions, and matters of corporate structuring and business formation.
Collins obtained his J.D. from The John Marshall Law School (n/k/a UIC John Marshall Law School). He also holds a B.A. in History from the University of Illinois. He is licensed to practice in Illinois and is admitted to the bar of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
