Troy Bozarth, a partner in the firm’s Edwardsville office, has been reappointed to the Defense Research Institute’s (DRI) Center for Law and Public Policy Class Action Task Force.
DRI is the leading organization of defense attorneys and in-house counsel. It is committed to enhancing the skills, effectiveness, and professionalism of defense lawyers and to improving the civil justice system. Among other things, the DRI Center for Law and Public Policy provides extensive amicus briefs to the U.S. Supreme Court.
