In mid-May, Troy Bozarth attended Insuralex’s 2024 Global Insurance Summit, which was held in Miami. Attendees included international insurance and reinsurance companies and brokers, Lloyd’s syndicates, and attorneys who specialize in insurance services.

Founded in 2002, Insuralex was created by more than 50 independent law firms from Europe, North America, Latin America, Asia, and the Middle East that specialize in insurance and reinsurance coverage, defense, litigation, and other related legal services. Known for the outstanding quality of its member firms, Insuralex is an elite group, and gaining membership is difficult. HeplerBroom is proud to be a member of this prestigious organization and has hosted several of its national conferences.

Bozarth, HeplerBroom’s managing partner, focuses his practice on trials involving the defense of class actions, pharmaceutical and medical devices, and antitrust law, as well as appellate work. He holds leadership positions in a number of bar and professional associations and is a past president of the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel.
