HeplerBroom, through partner and board member Glenn Davis, once again was among the sponsors of the 2026 Donald Danforth Jr. Memorial Golf Tournament, which benefits the American Youth Foundation (AYF). Held in early May at the Algonquin Country Club in St. Louis, the event is the organization’s signature youth scholarship fundraiser.
The more than 100-year-old organization trains youth for leadership roles in all life’s vocations, encouraging values such as personal responsibility, connecting with and protecting the environment, fostering diverse perspectives, and developing positive social connections. In addition to its work with elementary and middle school children, AYF sponsors one-, two-, and three-week summer camps in Michigan and New Hampshire. The annual golf tournament helps provide financial assistance to inspire more than 6,000 youth each year to discover their best selves.
