Bharat Varadachari was among the featured speakers at the 2021 annual conference of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance. Varadachari was part of a roundtable discussion focusing on the many factors that must be considered before an insurance carrier decides to issue a reservation of rights to its insured, including best practices to be used in making this determination.
Varadachari, a partner in the firm’s St. Louis office, focuses his practice on trials involving complex business litigation, including insurance matters and those related to the defense of personal injury claims and the trucking and transportation industry. He is Vice-President of the St. Louis Chapter of the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance and a past president of The Lawyers Association of St. Louis. He is also a member of the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys, Inns of Court, and the executive board of the St. Louis County Bar Association. Varadachari has been named an AV Preeminent Attorney by Martindale-Hubbell.
