HeplerBroom attorney Aleen Tiffany

Aleen Tiffany will be part of a two-part panel discussing the ramifications of the recent Illinois Supreme Court ruling in Acuity v. M/I Home of Chicago, LLC, which significantly altered 30 years of Illinois Appellate Court precedent regarding insurance coverage for construction defect claims. Tiffany’s panel will be addressing the practical construction industry ramifications. Information about the hybrid seminar (available both live and via Zoom), which is presented by the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel (IDC), is available on IDC’s website.
