Three of HeplerBroom’s asbestos litigation attorneys will play key roles at HarrisMartin’s annual Midwest Asbestos Litigation Conference, which will be held September 20 at the Four Seasons Hotel in St. Louis. Brenda Baum is in her 14th year of co-chairing the event. Eric Hall will discuss current trends in Madison County (Illinois) cases, while Adam McGonigle will give an update on personal jurisdiction issues from the defense perspective. Other speakers at the conference include judges as well as experienced defense and plaintiff attorneys whose legal practices concentrate on asbestos litigation.
