Jason Rankin presented, “Data Breach Class Cases” at the DRI Class Actions Seminar in Washington, D.C. that was held July 23-24, 2015. The program discussed class action litigation resulting from data breaches, along with the ways in which organizations are both responding to this litigation and enhancing ways to protect against the ever expanding threat.
