Anne Oldenburg and Tammy Banasek were two of the featured speakers at the Chicago Dental Society’s annual Midwinter Meeting, which was held on February 23. Along with a dentist in private practice, the two HeplerBroom attorneys presented information to attendees on the importance of communication, documentation, and establishing protocols for reviewing patient medical histories.
Oldenburg and Banasek are both partners in the firm’s Chicago office. They focus their practices on the defense of complex dental, medical, and nursing home issues, as well as professional liability matters. Oldenburg has received numerous honors and awards throughout her legal career. Both she and Banasek have been rated AV Preeminent Attorneys by Martindale-Hubbell, and both have been awarded a Trial Lawyer Excellence Award by Jury Verdict Reporter. Additionally, both attorneys publish and lecture extensively on issues relating to healthcare litigation and risk management issues.
