Erich Moch and Isaac Melton spoke at a recent meeting of the Illinois chapter of the International Association of Special Investigation Units (IASIU). The two briefed IASIU members on updates and trends in medical fraud and good faith/bad faith claims. They also covered important recent court decisions dealing with insurance fraud.
IASIU is an international organization dedicated to combatting insurance fraud. Its members include insurance industry fraud investigators and special agents of the National Insurance Crime Bureau and the Insurance Crime Prevention Bureau.
