Recently, Tom Magee and Kathleen Hamilton were moderators for a Missouri State Bar Association panel discussion on Women in the Profession. Attendees at the virtual event received MCLE credits. The webinar was part of the Bar’s Associations 2022 Spring Committee Meetings.

Both attorneys are partners in the firm’s St. Louis office. Magee focuses his practice on trials involving complex litigation, including product liability, personal injury, professional liability, and trucking & transportation matters. He has tried over 175 jury trials to verdict, including matters in United States District Courts and the state courts of Missouri and Illinois. Over the course of his career, he has earned numerous awards, including being named to Missouri Lawyers Media’s Power List of the 30 most powerful defense attorneys in the state. Hamilton focuses her practice on general trial litigation and insurance defense. She has also successfully handled numerous appellate cases. In 2021 she was appointed by the Missouri Supreme Court to the Joint Commission on Women in the Profession. She has also twice been nominated to fill a vacancy on the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District.
