Tara Kuchar will present a webinar on July 23 for members of the American Council of Engineering Companies of Illinois (ACEC Illinois) focusing on the legal implications of sexual harassment in the workplace.
During the session, Kuchar will outline what legally constitutes sexual harassment and discuss best practices for preventing it. She’ll also review the rights and responsibilities of both employees and employers and provide guidance on how to respond to witnessing, experiencing, or receiving a report of harassment.

Kuchar is a partner in the firm’s Edwardsville office, where she maintains a diverse practice that includes defending employers against allegations of wrongful conduct.
