HeplerBroom Co-Sponsors Environmental Air Seminar

HeplerBroom attorney Melissa Brown

HeplerBroom will be one of the sponsors of the Illinois Environmental Regulatory Group’s (IERG) 2024 Title V Air Seminar. Speakers from various government agencies and industry will discuss a range of air topics, including Illinois EPA trending topics, environmental justice, air permit application and renewal processes, and compliance status audits. Melissa Brown, a partner in the firm’s Springfield (Illinois) office, will moderate the afternoon sessions. Registration for the October 3 event in Springfield is available on IERG’s website.

IERG is an association of businesses throughout Illinois that seek economically reasonable solutions to Illinois’ environmental challenges. Members also strive to provide accurate and technically sound input early in the legislative and regulatory processes.

Brown, who has developed a robust environmental law practice, assists businesses on a wide variety of environmental issues. Her clients regularly rely on her to provide counsel on complying with federal and Illinois environmental statutes and regulations. She is particularly passionate about air issues.
