On Dec. 5, Christian Willenborg, Tara Kuchar, and Christin Doyle will present a seminar on HIPAA compliance for healthcare providers. The in-person seminar, which is sponsored by the Jefferson County (Illinois) Health Department, will be held in the Rolland Lewis Community Building in Mount Vernon.
All three attorneys focus their practices on defending healthcare providers. In addition to his J.D., Willenborg has an M.D. from the University of Illinois College of Medicine, giving him a broad perspective on the issues confronting his clients. Kuchar, a partner, has significant experience defending nursing homes and assisted-living facilities. Doyle, an associate attorney, is part of the firm’s medical and healthcare malpractice defense team.
